TORRELUZ HOTELS is an hospitality company that has a Quality Management System under the international standards of UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 to improve the services to its guest.

With this aim, the Direction of Torreluz Hotels and its team work constantly to maintain and provide a better quality system. Therefore, we establish, assume and inform of the following principles:

  • The final quality of the product and service for our clients is the best result of planned actions of permanent Prevention, Detection and Improvement.
  • The fulfilment of the legislation requirements and those related to the contractual demands and the expectations of the clients are our model to follow.
  • A professional qualified team and our modern technology are constantly revised to guarantee the implementation of the training plans in relation to the responsabilities derived from our products and services. 
  • The involment of our staff is essential in fulfiling our objectives of Quality.

This policy is based on the following action commitments:

  • Maintain the satisfaction of our clients and other parties involved fulfiling the requirements related to the quality of our products. 
  • Maintain and develop the management system, process and the implementation of our quality through audits, statistic analysis, preventive and correcting actions and other improvement measures.
